Blockers

They are everywhere, in every industry, in every organisation, in every walk of life. These are highly creative individuals—some with finely developed logic (but only in how to block), while others are completely illogical. The common thing? They are far more creative when it comes to blocking progress.

They enjoy blocking because they can’t progress on their own, yet want to move forward while sitting on someone else’s shoulder. Some don’t even see progress as valuable, simply because they can’t keep up with it. And then there are those wrestling with inferiority complexes and plain old jealousy.

How do you counter them?
You don’t. You shouldn’t.

Then what?
Simply continue your progress—without creating resistance.

Is it easy? Not always.
Is it possible? Yes.

And the best part? Blockers eventually get tired. Progress doesn’t.
Progress doesn’t argue. It just keeps moving—and that’s your best answer.

In the end, progress never stops on its own; people give up. Blockers never give up.
